What personal data do we ask from you?

If you place an order, we ask you to enter your name, address, email address and optional telephone number. We also register your IP address in the background. This IP address is only used to determine which country you come from, so that you are shown the correct prices. All orders completed www.poools.nl are carried out by Sarto Fashion bv.

How do we use this data?

Your personal data is necessary for the proper execution of the agreement (your order) and communication with you as a buyer. The information is only used internally and is not passed on to other organizations for commercial purposes. Sarto Fashion will therefore not pass on your data to third parties, sell or rent it or make it known in any other way. Only if it is necessary to fulfill the agreement. Sarto Fashion makes every effort to secure all information obtained through your order and/or payment. This means that Sarto Fashion does not store your credit card information in a database. All this data is immediately removed from our administration and destroyed after use.

When we transfer your data (only for the payment of your order on our website), we always use encryption technologies that are recognized as common standards within the IT sector; the encryption system TLS (Transport Layer Security) or SSL (Secure Socket Layer). We have implemented the necessary technical and organizational security measures to prevent the loss, unauthorized use or modification of information we receive on our site.

We do not use functional cookies on our website. We also do not use tracking or marketing cookies, social media cookies or advertising/profiling cookies.
